I cannot hear anything when I click on Listen or Hear Audio. What do I do?
Our site uses both Windows Media Player and Real Player. When you select the audio that you would like to listen to, make sure that you have the latest version of either Windows Media Player or Real Player. Visit www.microsoft.com to download the latest version of Windows Media Player, and visit www.real.com to download the latest free version of Real Player. Make sure you get your parent's permission to visit these sites.

I am not able to see certain text or images where the menus are supposed to be. What is wrong?
We have utilized Macromedia/Adobe® Flash to create many parts of our website. The most likely problem is that you either do not have Flash Player installed, or you need to upgrade to the most current version of Flash Player. Click here to download the latest version.

I try to login with my password in the store (or message board), but it does not work -- what's wrong?
Make sure that you use the right upper and/or lowercase exactly as it was given to you. If you are still stuck, let us know your login name and what you are trying to access (message board or store) and what you would like your password to be set to. I click on some part of the site and nothing happens, why not?
It is likely that you have popups disabled. Certain parts of our site are popup windows and if you have popups disabled, your click on certain items will appear nothing happens. Many popup-blockers allow ways to click on popup windows to see them -- often a CTRL-click on the link.

The site seems really slow, is it my computer?
During peak times of usage, you may experience slowdowns. However, these are usually very temporary -- lasting a minute or two. Our Internet web host, Gospelcom, continues to upgrade their equipment to make it as fast as possible for you.

Go to our contact page, and fill out the request form that is there. You will be able to pick the area that you would like your question to go to, and your message will be sent to the proper contact.
