This presentation highlights many of the important characters, events and places that have helped to shape us into what we are today. We hope you'll enjoy it. How things have changed! Core Values |
|
1. Prayer is absolutely essential to our effectiveness. This is God’s ministry. Only as God works will we see lives truly changed for eternity.
2. CBH Ministries will never dilute the message of the Gospel, yet will strive to be very creative and dynamic in the methods of communicating with children at their level in light of their cultural and familial framework.
3. We honor and respect the family unit. Therefore, whenever feasible, we will partner with parents to aid in the evangelization and discipleship of their children. At the same time, where appropriate, we will also partner with young people in spreading the Gospel to other young people who need to hear.
4. We will operate with fiscal responsibility, proceeding in new directions only as God provides the resources and specifically leads.
5. We will emphasize excellence in products, attitudes, actions, and words.
6. We believe that if we will challenge children to be all God wants them to be, they will respond and be used by Him to help strengthen the Church.
We believe our primary concentration of ministry should be for young people in the United States. |

Who We Are |

CBH Ministries, formerly Children's Bible Hour, is a media ministry targeting kids ages eight to fourteen with Bible-based materials. We produce radio programs, print materials, and web-based media to teach kids the message of Jesus Christ.
OUR MISSION:
CBH Ministries is an international Christian ministry based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which produces and distributes excellent media resources to evangelize and disciple kids and their families.
CBH has been in ministry for more than 65 years!

Statement of Faith |

| We believe that:
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, and it is the Christian's final authority from God.
The birth of Jesus is evidence of His deity in that He was virgin born and is God in the flesh.
The blood of Christ, shed on Calvary, is the only atonement for man's sin.
The burial and the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus and His ascension into heaven are literal facts.
The believers are called "the Church", which is composed of all those who, by faith, have accepted Christ as Savior and Lord.
The blessed hope of the Christian is the personal return of the Lord Jesus to take all believers to heaven. Those who reject God's plan of salvation will be condemned to everlasting punishment.
We fully believe in the Trinity with God as the Father, Jesus as the Son and the Holy Spirit sent by God to be our comforter. The Godhead, three in one.
